Safe Closing Experience

COVID-19 UPDATE:

We are working diligently to keep our customers and employees as safe as possible. To limit the spread of COVID-19, we continue to follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC and the State of Idaho.

• Face coverings are required by all customers entering our offices.
• We strongly encourage Curbside Closings, where clients are given their highlighted documents in the comfort of their vehicle and our Escrow teams are readily available for questions by phone.
• Inside signings can be accommodated. We do request that only those required to sign attend the closing.
• We have drop boxes at all three of our locations for earnest money and contracts. We also have an earnest money deposit app call REPro Tool.

To our Lenders and Realtors: We appreciate you greatly! For the time being, only your clients will be allowed inside for closings. We would be happy to call, FaceTime or utilize ZOOM during the signing.
